NSW Swimming Pool Certificate of Compliance. An onsite inspection of your pool barrier is conducted by our registered certifier. Either a certificate of compliance or certificate of non-compliance is issued. This is a flat rate service and the price includes re-inspections should your swimming pool barrier not meet the required standard. As we are also licensed builders; if any non-compliances are identified we'll offer our fixed price services to repair them promptly so that a certificate of compliance can be issued without extended delays. This makes us a one stop shop to promptly obtain your NSW Swimming Pool Compliance Certificate. You may also want to fix any issues yourself which is completely fine then have us back to check it over for compliance. It's all about getting your pool compliant, safe, fast. We are available to inspect pools and spas at private homes, rental properties, apartment blocks and strata complexes, as well as hotel, motels and tourist/visitor accommodation.
